- Configured both Brother QL-710W Label printers to be static on the network.
- Set administrative password and user password on both printers.
- Updated firmware on both printers.
- Enabled auto-power on when plugged in and persistent updates at 30 minute intervals.
- Configured one iPad for Check-in with static IP address.
- Tested connections to printers through network, success.
- Tested check-ins on the iPads. Unfortunately, they are unable to see the printers as of now.
- Submitted support request to PlanningCenter.
